Grappa obtained by continuous and discontinuous distillation in bain-marie stills of Schiava and Pinot Noir pomace from Alto Adige. After a year of maturation, the grappa undergoes refinement in French oak barriques.
On the nose it presents a scent of flowers and citrus, with a note of spices and licorice. On the taste it gives a pleasant harmonious and soft sensation.
