Grappa obtained by continuous and discontinuous distillation in bain-marie stills of Schiava and Pinot Noir pomace from Alto Adige.
After maturing for a year, the grappa undergoes a further twelve-month refinement in French oak barriques.
It presents the typical aspects of a strong and characterful grappa. The refinement in French oak barrels gives it its softness. On the nose it offers a pleasant flavor of almonds and vanilla.
