Colle Cavalieri presents a Chardonnay, Terre di Chieti IGP, created by the expert hands of Tollo. This wine stands out for its natural simplicity, making it an ideal companion for any type of celebration. This white, proudly from Abruzzo, is pure Chardonnay and benefits from careful and minimal vinification, characterized by scrupulous temperature control and maturation of approximately three months in stainless steel tanks. Visually, it presents itself in an elegant straw yellow hue with slight green nuances. On the nose, it exudes a bouquet that harmoniously balances freshness and delicacy. On the palate, this Chardonnay reveals itself to be balanced, with a medium body and a refreshing liveliness. It pairs beautifully with fish-based appetizers and goes very well with shellfish and risottos. It is also versatile with simple white meats or as an accompaniment to a selection of fresh cheeses.
