Norbertus Weiss spezial is a top-fermented specialty with a golden blond, cloudy appearance and a compact head. The particular richness of the wheat malt makes it pleasant and intensely fruity on the palate. Norbertus Weiss spezial is produced only with water, malt and hops according to the Purity Law of 1516. Sweet aromas of malt, acacia honey, vanilla. Notes of fruit such as banana, mango and spicy hints. Sweet, rich, fragrant taste with good acidity, with notes of green apple and banana. Leaves the mouth clean with a sweet final aftertaste.
