This unmistakable German beer has a strong aroma with a fruity and spicy aftertaste, in which the fresh flavors of wheat and barley are clearly identifiable; from the outside, it is recognizable by its intense straw color clouded by suspended yeasts, and above all by the soft and always abundant foam that is present at the top of the glass.
