Cabernet Riserva from the Rottensteiner winery is an intense and structured red, an expression of the excellent adaptability of Bordeaux vines to the microclimate of Alto Adige. Maturation in wood gives depth and roundness to the wine, without overpowering its natural freshness. Notes of ripe berries, black pepper, sweet spices and tobacco stand out on the nose, while on the palate it is balanced, with smooth tannins and a persistent finish. It is an elegant wine, designed to accompany important moments.
