Falanghina Dedicato a Marianna is a white IGT wine obtained from only Falanghina grapes grown in the Campania region, the vines with which this wine is produced are grown in Guyot on medium-textured soils, the harvest takes place around the first ten days of October, the grapes once harvested undergo a soft pressing then pass into steel tanks for fermentation, with a partially completed malolactic fermentation, subsequently the wine is transferred into further steel vats for refinement which lasts approximately 4 months.
