“Moròpio” is obtained from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and, in a small percentage, Molinara grapes harvested between late September and mid-October, with exclusively manual harvesting and selection of the bunches, in the “Moròpio” vineyard located in Valpolicella Classica, in the municipality of Marano di Valpolicella, at 350 metres above sea level. Every year 8000/9000 bottles of this Amarone are produced, sold in 750 ml Burgundy bottles closed with a natural cork stopper.
