TEELING AMBER ALE 70cl

Teeling Amber Ale, an Irish whiskey that benefits from an extremely unique and intriguing maturation process, thanks to the use of ex-Amber Ale beer barrels from the Irish brewery Dot Brew.

This creative approach to aging not only showcases the collaboration between Irish artisan producers, but also adds a level of complexity and originality to the whiskey profile. Teeling Amber Ale is initially matured for a minimum of 5 years in American white oak barrels previously used for bourbon, followed by a 15-month period in barrels that have housed Amber Ale beer. These barrels have traveled from Teeling distillery to Dot Brew brewery and back again, allowing both products to absorb and complement each other’s unique flavors.
