This vine is a remnant of traditional Tyrolean viticulture. The grapes with small, intensely colored berries are immediately pressed after harvest and fermented without the skins, thus giving the product its light rosé color. With a finely scented bouquet and sparkling vivacity, it is a wine for the summer, delicate and refreshing.
