Braulio Amaro dello Stelvio is a historic and unmistakable bitter, born in 1875 in the heart of the Lombard Alps. Still produced today according to the secret recipe created by the pharmacist Francesco Peloni, it is obtained from a mix of herbs, roots and Alpine berries collected locally and left to macerate slowly. The aging in oak barrels gives it harmony and complexity. Its taste profile is characterized by a strong herbaceous note, a pleasant bitterness and a long balsamic persistence.
