The Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore “Persegà” is obtained from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes harvested by hand at the beginning of October, in the homonymous vineyard owned by the company located in the municipality of Marano, in Valpolicella Classica. The “Persegà” vineyard extends over a surface of 1.2 ha at 250 meters above sea level and its soil is clayey-calcareous.
