The name “Mosaïque” represents the house’s philosophy of combining different parcels and grape varieties of Champagne to create a harmonious and complex blend. This champagne is made mainly with Chardonnay , which provides freshness and finesse, along with Pinot Noir for structure and Pinot Meunier for roundness.
