BLACK MOSCATO D'ASTI maintains the unmistakable aromas of the grapes intact, adding the complexity due to the partially late harvest.
Thanks to its low alcohol content, this delicious lively wine is pleasantly easy to drink and particularly suitable as a refreshing summer drink, with delicate cheeses and foie gras.
Pre-fermentation procedures: The bunches are selected by hand on the vibrating table and cooled with carbonic snow to avoid oxidation and considerably reduce the use of sulphites. They are then subjected to soft pressing.
The entire process takes place without the use of augers in order to treat the grapes as delicately as possible.
