This Extra Brut sparkling wine is characterized by a minimum dosage of sugars, giving the wine an extremely dry and fresh profile that enhances the purity and minerality of the Glera grape. The sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat method, to preserve the freshness and fragrance of the natural aromas of the vine as much as possible.
