Contadi Castaldi Rosé is an elegant and vibrant Franciacorta, the result of a refined blend that enhances the harmony between freshness, structure and finesse. The partial vinification of Pinot Noir in rosé gives the wine a pale but bright color, accompanied by delicate aromas of red fruits, citrus fruits and flowers. The long rest on the lees gives aromatic complexity and a fine and creamy bubble. It is a sparkling wine of great balance, perfect to accompany convivial moments and classy dishes.
