This sparkling wine is produced in a special edition to celebrate the historic collaboration between Bellavista and the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, one of the most prestigious cultural institutions in the world. Obtained from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes and a small percentage of Pinot Noir , it is vinified according to the classic method, with a long refinement on the lees that enhances its complexity, elegance and finesse.
