This sparkling wine is made with a combination of Montepulciano and Pinot Noir grapes, which give it a fresh and fruity aromatic profile, with a beautiful intense pink color. The long aging on the lees gives it complexity and structure, while maintaining the typical freshness of the best rosé sparkling wines.
