Ca' del Bosco Vintage Extra Brut has a bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers a complex and refined aromatic bouquet, with notes of white fruit such as apple and pear, citrus, white flowers, toasted almonds and a light note of yeast and bread crust. On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant, with a well-balanced structure and a pleasant creaminess.
