V8+ Bruno Prosecco DOC Extra Brut is a Millesimato Prosecco obtained from Glera grapes grown in the upper part of the western Friuli plain. This sparkling wine stands out for its minimal, almost imperceptible sugar residue, which makes it particularly suitable for palates that prefer fresh and decisive flavors. Fermentation occurs according to the Martinotti method, with a second fermentation of at least 60 days, giving the wine a unique finesse and persistence.
