D'Araprì Metodo Classico Pas Dosé is a high-quality sparkling wine produced in the Puglia region with the classic method of refermentation in the bottle. The Pas Dosé version of this sparkling wine does not include the addition of sugars in the final phase of production, making it a pure and dry wine, which fully expresses the character of the grapes and the terroir. It is obtained from a blend of Bombino Bianco and a percentage of Pinot Noir , which together give life to an elegant and mineral wine, with a fine and persistent perlage.
