Irish Mist, the authentic Irish honey liqueur, has its roots in the Tullamore distillery, where it was first produced some seventy years ago. This unique liqueur was born from the rediscovery and reinterpretation of an ancient recipe for a honey-flavoured wine, once thought to be lost, which Desmond E. Williams, the owner of the distillery, has expertly revisited using whiskey. The composition of Irish Mist includes a careful selection of aromatic herbs, heather, clover honey and aquavit, resulting in a spirit of refined elegance and smoothness, ideal to be enjoyed neat, on-the-rocks, heated, or as a base for long drinks and cocktails, including Irish Whiskey.
