Limoncello Polini Riflessi is a typical liqueur of the Calabrian tradition.
It is obtained by infusing the peels of IGP lemons in alcohol for a few days, which give it its characteristic intense dark yellow color and fragrant lemon scent. Limoncello can be used as a drink at the end of a meal to aid digestion thanks to the properties it contains, or it can be used in various sweet preparations. It has a sweet and sour taste, with a slight bitter note in the finish.
To best enjoy all its qualities, we recommend keeping it in the fridge and serving it cold.
