Edda (“she” in the Salento dialect) is the feminine and sensual soul of San Marzano. A complex white, full of Mediterranean suggestions. Solid acidity intertwined with an enveloping and elegant warmth, savory and mineral on the palate. A work on finesse and longevity for a wine obtained from Chardonnay bunches together with various native Apulian grapes that compete year after year to complete the blend.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections; a bouquet with persuasive floral scents, peach and then delicate vanilla pervade the nose. On the palate it is opulent in its elegance, fresh, delicate and mineral.
