DOCG sparkling wine from the Franciacorta area produced with the classic method. Bright straw yellow, inlaid with numerous bubbles. Olfactory incipit of grapefruit, then a floral sensation of broom and white pulp fruit, on a sweet trail slightly spicy. The sip is savory and balanced and grants a pleasant finish of pan pepato.
